Orders & crafting
Is every piece made to order?
Yes. Each piece is handcrafted after you order, usually in about 2–4 weeks.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email us within 24 hours of ordering. Once crafting starts, we can't change or cancel the order.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
Every order ships free within the contiguous United States. That includes freight delivery for large pieces.
How long does delivery take?
After crafting, delivery takes 5–10 business days. Freight carriers contact you to schedule a delivery window.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Unused, uninstalled pieces in original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Because pieces are made to order, return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
What if my piece arrives damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos and your order number — we'll arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost.
Vanities & install
Do vanities include the sink and faucet?
Only when the listing says so. Fixtures shown in photos are for styling; each listing states what's included.
Do you install furniture?
We ship nationwide and don't offer installation outside our local area. Every wall-mounted piece lists its mounting method for your installer.
Wood & care
How do I care for solid wood in a bathroom?
Wipe standing water, run the vent fan after showers, and reseal the top every year or two. Dust other pieces with a dry cloth and re-oil once or twice a year.
